Shipping Information
1. How long does shipping take?
Our typical shipping timeframe is 3–4 weeks. Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
*Please note: Occasionally, the Shop app may send a delivery notification before the item has actually been delivered. If you have not received a tracking email from us, your item has not yet shipped.
2. I haven’t received my item—what should I do?
First, please check your order confirmation to see when your purchase was made.
If no tracking has been issued, and it’s still within the 3–4 week window, your item is likely in processing and will ship soon.
If more than 4 weeks have passed, we will follow up with our shipping manager and provide an update. Email us at: Sportsmarkets.sales@gmail.com
*Please note: Some items, especially framed pieces or display items from stadium events, may require additional handling time.
Refunds & Exchanges
1. Can I cancel or request a refund?
Due to the nature of our limited-edition and custom items, all sales are final (For auction items, this policy is clearly stated on our bid sheets and order forms). Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.
2. Can I exchange for a different item?
Website Orders: In most cases, item exchanges are not allowed once an order has been placed and processed. However, we understand unique circumstances may arise—please contact us with the item you’re interested in, and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.
Auction Orders: In most cases, item changes are not allowed once an auction has closed and an order has been submitted. However, we understand unique circumstances may arise—please contact us with the item you’re interested in, and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.
Certificates of Authenticity (COA)
Do your items come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Absolutely. Every autographed item we offer is certified authentic and includes a COA from one of the industry's most trusted third-party authenticators, including but not limited to:
Beckett, JSA, PSA/DNA, Radke, Denver Autographs, Millcreek, and Fanatics.
*Please note: Some authenticators now use a tamper-proof hologram on the item instead of a printed certificate. You can scan the QR code or look up the serial number on the respective company’s website for verification. For helmets, look for the hologram at the back on the bottom right.
