We take pride in offering high-quality memorabilia, which helps minimize the need for returns or exchanges. Should an issue arise, you have 30 days from the date your order is received for us to make it right.

Return Policy

All sales from In-Person Auctions are final. Due to the nature of live auctions, returns are not accepted once a purchase is completed. All auction terms are provided on the bid sheets and order forms to ensure transparency for all buyers prior to purchase. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement once the original item has been returned to us.

Exchanges by Customer

Please contact us prior to returning any products. Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges may be accommodated at the customer’s expense and discretion.

Returns for Wrong Address

If the address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, the package will be returned to our facility. Reshipment will be arranged once an updated address is confirmed, and all associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed

In the event that a shipment is returned to our facility due to being unclaimed, the customer shall be responsible for all reshipment costs. Orders will not be resent until the applicable shipping fees have been paid in full and a valid delivery address has been confirmed.
